Wentz & Co. GmbH is managed by both owners – Frankfurt’s former head of planning and building Prof. Dr. Martin Wentz and the architect Tobias Rösinger. Wentz & Co. GmbH views itself as a local company with roots in the Rhine-Main region which operates with a generalist approach in a broad field in the property industry – both as service provider and as property developer.
In recent years, the company has increasingly focussed on apartment construction. With currently twenty employees, Wentz & Co. GmbH has planned and implemented more than 1,000 apartments in thirteen years together.
This is not least due to the passion of both proprietors to develop anew each time –accompanied by urban planning and design challenges – the “perfect” apartment floor plan with a great love of detail.
